The warranty and customer support policy after service usage aims to enhance the experience, satisfaction, and professional attitude while respecting customers at Vinh Son Refrigeration Center.

This warranty policy applies to installation, repair, and cleaning services for refrigeration equipment, including air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators, covering the following aspects:

SECTION 1: CONDITIONS FOR FREE WARRANTY

a) The product is still within the warranty period and has been registered.

b) The product is damaged due to a technical fault from the manufacturer.

c) The warranty card/sticker must be presented when requesting free warranty service.

d) The warranty card/sticker must remain intact, clearly displaying the customer’s name and purchase date, without any alterations or erasures.

e) During the warranty period, if the product experiences issues or malfunctions, the customer should contact the nearest service center for free home warranty support.

Note: If the product needs to be transported to the warranty center for repair, the decision will be made by the technical staff. In such cases, the customer must bear the transportation costs to and from the warranty center.

SECTION 2: CONDITIONS NOT COVERED UNDER FREE WARRANTY

a) The product is beyond the warranty period.

b) The warranty card/sticker or related invoices and documents are missing.

c) The product is damaged due to natural disasters, floods, lightning, fire, or transportation damage such as cracks, dents, or scratches.

d) The product is damaged due to improper use, incorrect installation, unstable or incorrect power supply voltage or frequency.

e) The product is rusted, stained due to corrosion, or damaged by liquid spills.

f) The product has been disassembled, repaired, or had parts replaced by unauthorized service providers.

g) Accessories accompanying the product are not covered under warranty.

h) Requests for product cleaning or maintenance services do not fall under warranty coverage.

SECTION 3: WARRANTY PERIOD

  • Depending on the service package and the specific nature of the replacement parts, the warranty terms will be detailed in the service contract. Customers are advised to carefully review the contract to ensure their rights.

  • Vinh Son Refrigeration will support issues related to provided products and services during usage, address customer inquiries, and clearly communicate the inspection status of the equipment as quickly and accurately as possible.
